Noodle Nook Idle terms of use

Noodle Nook Idle (“the game”) is provided by Matheus Mello, an individual developer based in Portugal (contact: matheus.mello.developer@gmail.com). By playing the game you agree to these terms. The terms of the platform on which you play also apply.

1. Licence

You may play the game free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment on the platforms where it is published. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, re-host or sell the game or its artwork, or remove its notices, except as permitted by law.

2. No purchases

The game has no in-app purchases, premium currency or subscriptions. Optional rewarded ads give in-game help only.

3. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Saved progress may be lost if browser or platform data is cleared.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or saved progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
